Mandatory drivers meeting and inspection at 2 pm

 

REGISTRATION REQUIRED IN ADVANCE - REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 18th

Entry Fee: $20.00 - payable by e-transfer to payments@thorndalefair.com (registration is not complete until e-transfer has been received!)

 

Registration/Race Information:

1. Entry fee must be paid to complete registration by September 18th
2. All drivers MUST pay at the gate
3. Drivers are to enter from Fairview gate (21737 Fairview Road)
4. Mandatory drivers meetings at 2 pm
5. Limited to 60 racers in each class
6. No entries accepted the day of the race
7. The Thorndale Agricultural Society has the right to cancel the races due to insufficient registrations - refunds would be provided
8. Officials decisions are FINAL in any and all situations

RULES:

1. Drives must hold a valid G or G2 license
2. All drivers must attend the mandatory drivers meeting at 2:00 pm or forfeit their registration
3. All drivers must sign the Waiver and Release of Liability document in person the day of the race.  Those under the age of 18 are required to have a parent/legal guardian present to sign Waiver & Release of Liability document.
